Booking and price
- Do you offer photo booth hire for weddings?
- Yes. The wedding day is at the heart of what we do, from the drinks reception to the last dance. Every print, welcome screen and setting is designed around your names, your date and your colours, and we cover the celebrations around it too, from the mehndi to the reception.
- Which photo booth is best for a wedding?
- It depends on the moment you want to keep. The Selfie Pod and the Magic Mirror give every guest a print to take home. The Vogue Booth makes each guest a magazine cover, and the 360 Booth captures the dance floor in slow motion. Many couples pair a print booth with the 360 Booth.
- How much does photo booth hire cost?
- Every celebration is quoted individually. Your quote is built around the booth or booths you choose, how many hours you need, the personalisation and the travel, so you only pay for what your day needs.
- How do I check whether my date is available?
- Use the Check your date form. The first step takes under a minute: the celebration, the date, the venue and how to reach you. We’ll come back to you to confirm availability and send your quote.
- Where do you travel?
- We’re based in the Midlands and travel throughout the United Kingdom, and to destination weddings abroad by arrangement. Travel is quoted together with the rest of your celebration.
- How many hours can we book?
- Bookings run from three hours to six hours or more. Tell us your timings when you enquire and we’ll plan the booth around the moments that matter.
- Can we book more than one booth?
- Yes. Many celebrations pair a print booth with the 360 Booth, so guests take home a print and a slow-motion video.
- Do you cover corporate events?
- Yes. Logos, brand colours and campaign artwork can be carried through the welcome screen, the print and the setting.
- Can we hire a photo booth for a birthday or engagement?
- Yes. Birthdays, engagements, proms and anniversaries are quoted in exactly the same way: tell us the date and venue, and we’ll design the booth around the occasion.

Every booth runs from one standard UK plug socket (13 amp, 230 V).
- How much space does each booth need?
- The Selfie Pod needs 3 m × 3 m (10 ft × 10 ft) with a ceiling height of at least 2.5 m (8 ft). The Magic Mirror needs 3 m × 3 m (10 ft × 10 ft) with a ceiling height of at least 2.5 m (8 ft). The Vogue Booth needs 6 m × 2 m (20 ft × 6.5 ft) with a ceiling height of at least 2.5 m (8 ft). The 360 Booth needs 2 m × 2 m (6.5 ft × 6.5 ft) with a ceiling height of at least 2.5 m (8 ft).
- What power do you need?
- One standard UK plug socket (13 amp, 230 V) for each booth, close to where it will stand.
- How long does setup take?
- The Selfie Pod: 1 hour. The Magic Mirror: 1 hour. The Vogue Booth: 3 hours. The 360 Booth: 1 hour. We arrange arrival with your venue so the booth is ready before your guests are.
- Do you have public liability insurance and PAT testing?
- Yes. We hold public liability insurance and our equipment is PAT tested. We can send both certificates to your venue ahead of the day.
- Will a booth fit at our venue?
- If the space, ceiling height and socket above are available, yes. If you’re unsure, tell us the venue when you enquire and we’ll check with them.
Prints and video
- What does each booth produce?
- The Selfie Pod prints a 6 × 4 landscape print or the 6 × 2 strip. The Magic Mirror prints a 6 × 4 portrait print or the 6 × 2 strip. The Vogue Booth prints a 6 × 4 portrait magazine cover. The 360 Booth produces slow-motion video only.
- Do guests get a print each?
- Yes. Prints for every guest are part of each print booth, printed in seconds on the night.
- How do guests receive their 360 videos?
- Each clip is sent to the guest’s phone within seconds, with your custom overlay and soundtrack.
- Can the print be designed around our celebration?
- Always. Names, the date, your venue, a monogram and any wording you like are designed into the print and approved by you before the day.
- Do we get every photograph afterwards?
- Yes. The complete gallery from your celebration is delivered to you through our online gallery after the event. It stays available to download for three months, after which it is permanently deleted, so please download everything you want to keep.
Backdrops and personalisation
- Which booths use a backdrop?
- The Selfie Pod and the Magic Mirror. Choose from six: White, White & Gold, Black & Gold, Pink, Draped and Flower Wall. The Vogue Booth brings its own studio set, and the 360 Booth uses the room itself.
- Can you match our theme or colours?
- Yes. The print, the welcome screen and the setting are designed around your theme, and press walls can be built to it in vinyl, floral or plain.
- What else can be personalised?
- Custom welcome screens, monogram design, luxury linen guest books, welcome boards, seating charts, pre-wedding foyer displays, press walls and corporate branding.
On the day
- Is the booth attended?
- Yes. We set up, run the booth throughout and pack down afterwards, so you and your guests can simply enjoy it.
- What do we need to do on the day?
- Nothing. Everything is agreed and designed beforehand, so on the day you just celebrate.
